Reservation rules
Only those who agree to the reservation rules below can make a reservation for newborn photography.
Please be sure to read this before applying.
Once you have checked and agreed to all the items, please fill in your name and expected date of birth and send. (Sending the reservation policy alone does not complete the reservation. Please apply from Contact .)
- For newborn photography, we will suggest a date as early as possible within 3 weeks after birth. Please contact us within 3 days after giving birth. If you contact us late, we may not be able to make adjustments.
- We will check in advance to see if there are any health problems for both mother and child. If you are concerned about your physical condition before the shoot, we will take measures such as changing the shoot date. In addition, depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to take pictures in cases of premature birth or prolonged hospitalization. We may discuss the content of the shoot or cancel it. Also, it may not be possible to match the pose you desire.
- Please secure a shooting space of 4 tatami mats or more at home. Please leave the space clear on the day of the shoot.
- On the day of the shoot, please make sure that there is at least one adult other than mom to help you. This is also to reduce the burden on mothers after giving birth.
- Aya will be the only photographer on staff. In the unlikely event that you are unable to move for a long time due to injury, illness, disaster, infection, etc., we may cancel the shoot. Please note.
- Please note that this may conflict with other reservations, so please cooperate with us as much as possible on this proposed day for the shooting date. If there are few days that are convenient for you, you may not be able to shoot at the optimal time. (Newborn photos can be taken as long as the baby and mother are present. Thank you for your understanding as it is possible to take photos without necessarily coordinating the schedule with other family members.)
- Even if you have a preference for a day of the week, such as Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or weekdays, we cannot make a reservation in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to schedule adjustments after childbirth.
[About cancellations due to customer circumstances after the expected birth date]
If you cancel for customer reasons after the expected birth date, you will be charged a cancellation fee as shown below.
*After the shooting date is confirmed *From 3 days to the day before the shooting date: 50% of the fee
*On the day of shooting: 100% of the fee
*If you cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as your family's physical condition after giving birth or your child's physical condition, we will not charge a cancellation fee. We will also discuss postponing the event, so please explain your circumstances and contact us as soon as possible. (Even in the case of unavoidable circumstances, you may be required to pay only the actual preparation costs such as the cost of flowers.)
- Although we take great care in maintaining photographic equipment and managing data, in the unlikely event that data is lost before delivery due to some trouble, we will only refund your payment. No further compensation can be made.
- We are not responsible for any accidents such as damage to furniture, damage to luggage, or loss of luggage. Please move any fragile, easily damaged, or valuable items before the photo session.
- We do our best to maintain a certain level of quality in any environment, but due to the weather and the condition of your room, it is impossible to achieve the exact same color and quality every time, and the color may change depending on the situation. Masu. The pose will also change depending on the child's age, bone structure and flexibility, and how well the child falls asleep.
- The maximum size of delivery data is A3 size. If you print it yourself, the color appearance and quality will vary depending on the company.
- We cannot guarantee the quality of products you print yourself.
- The albums and panels we produce also have different brightness and color appearance than the data you see on the screen, so the colors may vary slightly. Please note that the color tone of each customer's computer or smartphone is different, so please understand that the color will be different.
- We are unable to provide refunds, retakes, or edits based on customer feedback regarding delivered photos. Please note.
- Aya will select the photo data to be delivered, edit it, and then deliver it to you. Unedited data cannot be provided. Additionally, we are unable to re-select items after delivery. If you would like the option to increase the number of selected data, please let us know before the shooting date. Requests made after the day after the shooting date will not be accepted.
- If there is a defect such as a dent in the delivered product, such as an album or panel, we will exchange it only if we contact you within one week of delivery.
